Had a recall done and spare tire holder came off and broke which shouldn’t happen. Before I picked up the car, Doug had already sent info to Hyundai about paying for replacement part. Doug called the next day to say Hyundai agreed to pay for the part and Happy agreed to pay for labor. Great for me as the cost would have been about $600! I appreciated that Doug took care of everything and all I had to do was bring my car back to get that work done. Thanks Doug!

We were given a friendly welcome by Rich upon arrival. He explained what they would be doing to our vehicle. Was thorough in his explanation and asked if we had concerns. He mentioned they would be checking for a recall that I wasn’t aware of. We felt very comfortable with his explanation of things and felt totally welcome by the entire staff that was working there at that time.

A couple of weeks ago, we had changed our appointment to today, which I confirmed with a phone call late last week. When I checked in, I wasn’t on the day’s schedule. Dave was the person checking me in, and he was wonderful!!! He apologized for the scheduling error, and worked me in. My car was done with the recall work sooner than I expected. Overall it was a very good experience.
